1. Prepare the beetroots for cooking
The first step of preparing a beetroot is to ensure the stems and leaves are trimmed off. Then wash the beetroots under tap water as you scrub off any debris using a vegetable brush.

Cooking Sliced Beets Roots in The Microwave
